Yup memang betul kala...Assalamualaikum kak Julia...<br />Yup memang betul kalau nk kurus badan mestilah kurangkan karbohidrat dan glukosa(gula) dan makann banyak protein dan sayuran. <br />Nasihat saya, buat Atkins Diet iaitu diet yang sihat dengan hanya consume protein dan sayuran sebagai makanan. Saya dah try. Disertai dengan senaman setiap hari, Alhamdulillah saya dah kurus (tahap normal), dulu gemok sangat. Hehe saje nk share opinion.
